    5 oz Fever-Tree Indian Tonic

    Method: Pour ingredients into a tall, ice-filled glass (gin first). Express a grapefruit peel over the glass and place it in.

    1.5 oz Four Corners Gin
    0.75 oz Campari
    0.25 oz Sweet Vermouth

    Method: Stir everything with ice in a mixing glass and strain into an ice filled glass. Express an orange peel over the glass then place it in there.

  • Tom Collins

    2 oz Four Corners Gin
    0.75 oz Lemon Juice
    0.5 oz Simple Syrup
    4-6 Cucumber pieces

    Method: Muddle cucumber in a shaker, add the gin, lemon, simple syrup and ice. Shake then fine strain into an ice filled glass. Top with soda water & garnish.

  • Four Corners Martini

    2 oz Four Corners Gin
    0.5 oz Dry Vermouth
    0.5 oz Lillet Blanc

    Method: Stir ingredients with ice in a mixing glass and strain into a chilled Martini glass. Express a lemon peel over the glass and place into the glass.

  • Bee’s Knee’s

    2 oz Four Corners Gin
    1 oz Lemon Juice
    0.5 oz Honey Syrup
    0.5 oz Aperol

    Method: Shake with ice and fine-strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a lemon twist.
