The Tom Collins cocktails has disputed origins of either America or England in and around the 19th Century. One thing is for sure, it has its roots in early cocktail lore. This is our twist mingling in the fresh green notes of cucumber.
Ingredients
2 oz Four Corners Gin
0.75 oz Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
4-6 Cucumber pieces
Method
Muddle cucumber in a shaker, add the gin, lemon, simple syrup and ice. Shake then fine strain into an ice filled glass. Top with soda water & garnish.
