This is one of our favorites for sure, originally created by Jim Meehan. Here is a our adaptation. It makes an incredible cocktail with the approachable yet complex Four Corners Gin.
Ingredients
1.5 oz Four Corners Gin
0.75 oz Grapefruit juice
0.5 oz Campari
0.25 oz Elderflower liqueur
Method
Shake with ice and fine-strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a grapefruit twist.
